Is Althea Med a doctor?

No. It is an AI-supported information assistant. It does not replace a qualified professional, provide an emergency service or independently prescribe treatment.

Can I upload a report here?

No. This website is for information and business enquiries. Medical documents belong only in the authenticated app after reviewing its applicable privacy information.

Does every chat use my complete medical record?

No. Context depends on the function used. The current streaming chat does not automatically retrieve the entire personal medical record.

Is telemedicine available now?

Not yet. The current app includes a preview. Providers, geography, availability and service conditions must be confirmed before launch.

Which languages are supported?

This website is available in eight languages. The current app interface is Italian and English; this is separate from the languages a configured AI service may be able to process.

How can I try the current app?

Contact the team to discuss test access, compatible devices and the configuration available for your project. No public-store availability is promised here.
